Blank & McCune is pleased to announce Phoebe Martin has joined the brokerage leadership team as a co-owner with the four current owners: Teresa Morrow, Alan Swanson, Tim Conroy, and Leslie Fitzpatrick.

In addition to continuing her successful real-estate business assisted by the Phoebe Martin team within the firm, she continues to give back to the community in many ways, including working with youth, serving on city boards, and assisting charitable causes as well as nonprofit arts organizations.

Phoebe said she was gratified to share her real estate experience in an additional way through the firm’s management. She added, “It’s exciting to look ahead to Blank & McCune’s future, to help build on its 42 years of success.”
