After graduating from Iowa City West High and working in construction, Kyle earned an engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines and began a family with his wife, Leslie. Kyle's engineering career took them to the East Coast before he and Leslie decided to return to Iowa City, where he earned an MBA from the University of Iowa.
Kyle is an experienced engineer with a head for business, making him the perfect candidate to help you find and execute a smooth transaction in the home of your dreams. In his free time, Kyle enjoys anything related to automobiles, playing outside, and spending time with friends and family. Alongside his wife Leslie, a Real Estate Agent and Blank & McCune co-owner, and his mother-in-law Rita Marcus, a Real Estate Agent, they together make up the Marcus-Fitzpatrick Team, dedicated to helping you find your own best place in this wonderful community.
